CUGA is IBM Research’s open-source framework for building enterprise-grade generalist AI agents. It shipped publicly in December 2025 and is designed to be harness-agnostic — you bring your own models, tools, and deployment target.

I’ve contributed upgrades and integration work including a LangChain dependency upgrade (PR #145) alongside my Langflow work at IBM.
