Reach real systems.
MCP gives an agent callable operations and structured results, from a local skill catalog to a live database.
AI plugins
I build open-source plugins that connect Claude and Codex to the work itself: live databases, unfamiliar code, skill libraries, website audits, property records, and forensic evidence.
Six projects. Two native plugin hosts. Shared capabilities, with installation and presentation adapted to each client.

The useful part is how the pieces work together. Each project packages the capabilities its workflow needs.
MCP gives an agent callable operations and structured results, from a local skill catalog to a live database.
Native skills guide the agent through setup, useful starting points, and the evidence it needs to check.
Citations, confirmation gates, source evidence, and portable reports make results easier to examine and challenge.
The collection
Each project below has a published installation route for both Claude Code and Codex. Open its installation panel for the exact community marketplace commands.

Work with live data
Explore a real database before writing code against it. Inspect schemas, search documents by meaning, and make guarded changes.
Claude Code and Codex load the MCP server, shared skills, and credential guard hooks. Compatible MCP Apps hosts can show interactive database views.
Node.js 20+ and your Astra DB credentials. Unofficial JEStats integration; no DataStax or IBM affiliation.
Run in your terminal with a current client that supports plugins.
claude plugin marketplace add jestatsio/astra-db-plugin
claude plugin install astra-db@astra-db-marketplacecodex plugin marketplace add jestatsio/astra-db-plugin
codex plugin add astra-db@astra-db-marketplaceRun the terminal login flow to connect privately. Never paste database tokens into a conversation.
Reopen your agent after installation. Review the project's privacy and setup documentation before connecting data.

Understand unfamiliar code
Find your way into a repository. Trace architecture, plan a change, and keep onboarding documentation grounded in current source.
Two native skills travel with either client: codebase-mentor for source-grounded guidance and onboard for a reviewable repository map.
Access to the repository in your agent. The native skills need no extra runtime, API key, or background service.
Run in your terminal with a current client that supports plugins.
claude plugin marketplace add jestatsio/codebase-mentor
claude plugin install codebase-mentor@codebase-mentorcodex plugin marketplace add jestatsio/codebase-mentor
codex plugin add codebase-mentor@codebase-mentorOpen a repository and ask the mentor to trace one execution path, citing the files it reads.

Find the right workflow
Turn a growing skill collection into a library your agent can navigate, with ranked matches, confidence, and evidence for every recommendation.
Both native plugins share a routing skill and a pinned local MCP server. Route a task, search the catalog, then inspect the selected skill.
Node.js 20+ and uv or the Python CLI. Default routing and catalog storage are local; optional backends are explicit.
Run in your terminal with a current client that supports plugins.
claude plugin marketplace add jestatsio/skillroute
claude plugin install skillroute@skillroute-marketplacecodex plugin marketplace add jestatsio/skillroute
codex plugin add skillroute@skillroute-marketplaceRun uvx skillroute dogfood index to build your catalog, then restart the agent.

Turn crawls into priorities
Take a local website crawl from raw findings to a prioritized SEO action plan, with bounded evidence and portable HTML and CSV reports.
A local MCP server and audit skill connect Claude Code and Codex to Screaming Frog. A separate extension supports Claude Desktop.
Licensed Screaming Frog with native MCP enabled, plus Node.js 20+ for Claude Code/Codex. Windows and complete host journeys remain validation gates.
Run in your terminal with a current client that supports plugins.
claude plugin marketplace add jestatsio/screamingfrog-plugin
claude plugin install jestats-screamingfrog-audit@jestats-pluginscodex plugin marketplace add jestatsio/screamingfrog-plugin
codex plugin add jestats-screamingfrog-audit@jestats-pluginsKeep Screaming Frog running in database storage mode with its native MCP server enabled.
Reopen your agent after installation. Review the project's privacy and setup documentation before connecting data.

Follow the history of a place
Research the people and records behind an address. Review proposed findings, preserve competing explanations, and export a cited dossier.
Claude Code and Codex pair a property-research skill with local MCP tools and a persistent library. Native Codex and Desktop packages bundle their runtime.
Mac Apple Silicon, Intel Mac, or Windows x64 for native bundles. Claude Code needs Node.js 22.19+ and npm. Initial public-source coverage focuses on Washington, DC.

claude plugin marketplace add https://github.com/jestatsio/plot-and-kin.git#claude-plugins
claude plugin install plot-and-kin@plot-and-kincodex plugin marketplace add jestatsio/plot-and-kin@pluginsIn Codex, choose the catalog entry matching your computer: darwin-arm64, darwin-x64, or win32-x64. Install only one. Then ask to get started with a fictional sample.

Explain forensic evidence
Compare forensic surface scans and explain calibrated likelihood ratios with the reference population, uncertainty, and evidence limits intact.
Both plugins connect to the hosted MCP service and include service-check, compare-marks, and explain-result skills. Start with a health check that uploads no scans.
No separate API key or local runtime for the hosted connection. Comparisons send supplied scan bytes to Verity. Research preview; results are not identity or match verdicts.
Run in your terminal with a current client that supports plugins.
claude plugin marketplace add erichare/verity@plugins-v0.1.1
claude plugin install verity@veritycodex plugin marketplace add erichare/verity@plugins-v0.1.1
codex plugin add verity@verityAsk: “Use Verity to check service health and list calibration references. Do not upload any scans.”

Open by design
These links point to publisher-maintained repositories, release packages, and community marketplaces. A working plugin or submitted review is separate from approval in an official directory. Claude, Codex, and vendor names identify compatibility; they do not imply endorsement.
Most of this work comes from JEStats, my consulting practice. Verity grows out of my research in statistical forensics. All six projects are open source, with their setup requirements and limitations available for review.
